Clued Up provides a comprehensive 'youth friendly' drug information and support service for young people under 25 in the Kirkcaldy area, also targeting the wider issues of general well-being and lifestyle. The project also provides a Fife-wide Homeless Service for young people aged 16 to 25 years who are experiencing difficulties with drug and alcohol misuse. Referrals can be accepted from individuals, family members or through professionals. Referrals must be under 25 years of age. Please indicate age and whether the person being referred would prefer to be contacted by a male or female worker. |

The Community Wardens cover five areas in Fife: Kirkcaldy East, Abbeyview Dunfermline, Buckhaven, Glenrothes West and Lochgelly. Wardens provide a visible, semi-official presence on streets and estates. Wardens patrol areas looking to improve environmental problems, looking after empty properties, a source of information to their partners i.e. Police, Housing's Anti-social Behaviour Team, and have a link to Local Offices to report repairs, street lighting faults etc. They also respond to minor incidents of anti-social behaviour and low-level neighbourhood disputes. |

Initial complaints about Council tenants should be reported to the Local Service Centre for the area where staff will deal with complaints. If problems persist after warnings have been issued then the case will be passed onto Housing Investigation Team. The team also investigates Anti-Social Behaviour in any situation even if there are no Council tenants involved.
