What is FORT CRMS?
The FORT Client Relationship Management System (CRMS) is an exciting new option for agencies or partnerships looking for an innovative case management system.
Linked to the FORT referral system, each CRMS database is tailor-made to fit your requirements. Depending on your agency’s or partnership’s needs you can choose to either limit access to the CRMS to members of your own staff, or you can share the CRMS with partners to help radically improve needs assessment, information-sharing and joint-working.
