Memorable data is a "code word" that you will be asked for if you forget your username and/or password.  

Generally your memorable data will have been set-up for you when you were first registered as a user on FORT. 

Your memorable data should be something that is easy for you to remember.  You can edit or change or memorable data anytime by logging into FORT and clicking the edit me icon in the top right corner.  Your memorable data can also be edited/updated by your Point of Contact.
