Step 1 - Click on the green shortcuts link below these instructions.

Step 2 - A download box will appear, select open

Step 3 - A folder with the four FORT shortcuts called Desktop will appear on your computer desktop.  Within that Folder you will find the FRF Shortcuts Folder - drag and drop this folder onto your desktop.  You can now use these icons to access the referral system and the directory.
