| Charis counselling offers a free professional counselling service to people of all faiths or none. We take self referrals or referrals through an agency. There is generally a waiting list but crisis referrals will be seen within a few days of contact. | An individual may self refer by telephone, letter or calling in to the agency. Agencies may also refer by telephone or letter. |

Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 4.30pm . There is also a 24hr ansaphone service available. |
