| This Team works with people with severe and/or enduring mental health problems who are residents in West Fife. We are part of NHS Fife and the team is made up of nurses, social workers, O.T and support workers. The Teams main function is to help people with serious mental ilnness be supported and maintained within the community. |
All referrals to the Team are made by Consultant Psychiatrists.
