There are currently 2 Local Area Co-ordinators employed by Social Work Services (Gerry and Sylvia) They cover the whole of Fife and support young people with additional support needs and their families as they plan their move from school to adult life.
The Co-ordinators provide information and signposting and help to deal with equality issues, community connecting, access to services and supports, and with future life planning |
