Introduction	Referral conditions
The Housing Energy Management Service is working with partners to provide energy efficiency and fuel poverty advice and support to householders of all tenures in Fife. The full package of support and advice is accessible by phoning the Energy Saving Scotland advice centre (ESSac) telephone no 0800 512 012 (free from landlines) or by texting WARM to 81025. Referrals to ESSac can also be made through FORT. The package includes: telephone energy efficiency advice Benefit and Tax credit check Advice on funding packages for the installation of energy efficiency measures Access to a home energy advice visit where the client is particulary vunerable For Fife Council tentants; accelarated access to energy efficiency measures	See above on how to refer/direct clients Make A Referral
