DPHS(F) is dedicated to providing information, advice and support for disabled people living in, or wanting to live in, Fife who have particular housing needs and issues. Register your details on our Disabled Person's Housing Register and our caseworker will assess your housing needs and come up with a range of options to meet those needs. Our register holds details of housing stock held by all providers in Fife and also details of new, and planned, developments. Our caseworker can assist with form filling and make referrals. Monthly sessions with Ownership Options at our office. Our private sector ptoject liaises with private landlords and tenants on matters relating to adaptation. Self referrals welcome. Referrals from family member/carer with the individual's consent. Agency referrals welcome with person's consent. Referrals are re housing issues only. FORT REFERRALS: Please ensure the Customer Consent Form is signed and returned as the DPHS(Fife) cannot progress work without this. The referral will be held for action until the signature is received as this is required by several of our working partner organisations.
