Express Group (Fife) Ltd is a Fife wide Mental Health Charity, which provides day care services for people who have had or are currently experiencing mental ill health. There are 11 groups throughout Fife and members are encouraged to run the groups, on a self-help basis. The groups meet in a variety of settings from Church Halls to Community Centres, either once or twice a week with the exception of Kirkcaldy, the biggest group, who meet five days each week.
