| The Cottage Family Centre serves the Central Kirkcaldy area and caters for the needs of families with pre-school children in a holistic way. We focus in particular on those vulnerable to social exclusion as a result of factors such as poverty, unemployment, poor housing, relationship breakdown, drug and alcohol problems and health issues. We offer creches, ABE/IT classes for adults, parent and child groups and a home support service. The Cottage adopts a community development approach that puts the needs and aspirations of families and children at the centre of its service development and delivery, and encourages their participation in the management and development of the Centre. | Referral process is in place and referrals are received from health visitors, Social Work and parents can self refer. Referrals are accepted for families and carers with pre-school children who live in the Central Kirkcaldy area. Make A Referral |
