A service for people with physical and sensory impairments meeting a range of needs, helping to determine what the best opportunities are and enabling individuals to develop and maintain chosen futures. The service provides individual and group opportunities, learning activities in the community, at home and in the Centre. Staff work closely with users of the service and their carers to provide a quality service that promotes self worth and achievement.
