| Stevenson and Marshall is a long-established firm of solicitors, providing legal services to clients in the Dunfermline area and surrounding towns and villages. We provide a full range of legal services and, in particular, information and advice on the law relating to mental health. We can provide representation at Mental Health Tribunals where required, and in relation to court applications for the appointment of Guardians for those who are unable to manage their own affairs due to mental illness or dementia. Our court department also offers advice in relation to all aspects of family law, including residence and contact with children, children’s hearings and adoption, as well as advice on employment law. Legal aid may be available, depending on financial eligibility. | We accept online referrals for Mental Health Law, including mental illness, Mental Health Tribunals, mental incapacity and Guardianship.
