It
is important that community planning partnerships, lead partners and management
teams within community planning organisations support FHWA to distribute and
promote the JHIP widely within partner organisations.
A
key role of the lead partners is to promote and develop the focus areas of the
JHIP they have responsibility for.
Local
partnership groups and operational teams need to become familiar with the
content of the new JHIP to enable them to develop actions related to focus
areas and outcomes relevant to their work. Familiarity with the whole document
rather than specific focus areas will facilitate broader understanding of the
range of health improvement work in |
