Health Improvement Fund The Health Improvement Fund is a programme of investment introduced in 2000, as a response to the various health challenges that exist in Scotland. Currently the HIF funds a range of health improvement activity across Fife. To support the implementation of the revised JHIP the HIF is being reviewed in order to ensure future work is directed towards addressing key areas which relate to the outcomes and focus areas in the plan. Regeneration Outcome Agreement The Regeneration Outcome Agreement (ROA) demonstrates how locally delivered programmes and projects will contribute to achieving the strategic priorities set out in Fife's Community Plan and the Scottish Executive's National Priorities for bringing improvements to Scotland's most deprived areas and helping individuals and families escape poverty. The principal purpose of the Community Regeneration Fund (CRF) is to assist the process of community regeneration and support the implementation of the ROA in these target communities.
