Safety Net

Safety Net is an interactive staff briefing event aimed at those working with young people or vulnerable people in a variety of settings.

The session will raise awareness of the risks posed to young people as well as vulnerable people when using the internet.

Many of us now enjoy access to the web via a computer at home, work and on mobile phones. The information provided at Safety Net will help you consider how to minimise some of the risks posed to young and vulnerable people when using the internet. There will also be an opportunity to explore resources and materials available to equip you and those you support to use cyberspace in a safe way.
