Changes to Short-Term Housing Support Referral Process PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 26 August 2010 12:53

In order to streamline the process from referral to service delivery, from 6th September 2010 referrals for visiting short-term housing support services should be made to Central Point, Advice & Specific Needs Team instead of directly to the housing support provider.

To facilitate the change-over there will be a transition period from 27th-5th September.    During this time any referrals made via the FORT system directly to a housing support provider will be rejected and should be re-referred on FORT to the Advice and Specific Needs Team.

The facility to refer to the Advice and Specific Needs Team should be available from Wednesday 1st September 2010.
