Finance Officer/Administrator - The Cottage Family CentreHours: 16 hours per week
Role
We are looking for an efficient and self-organised Finance Officer/ Administrator with at least two years experience of financial management and office administration systems. You will be responsible for providing effective financial management and ensuring the smooth running of the Cottage’s administrative support service. You will have experience of working with Sageline 50 software and preferably have an HNC/HND in Accounts. You will be expected to be competent in working with Microsoft based software, have a flexible approach, a good team worker and have the ability to work independently.
Service Profile
The Cottage Family Centre was established in 1987. The focus of the work at the Centre is to provide a range of support to those families and individuals within family units who are vulnerable to social exclusion as a result of factors such as poverty, unemployment, poor housing, relationship breakdown, drug and alcohol problems and health related issues.
This post will be subject to a Protection of Vulnerable Groups check.

We have new and exciting opportunities as below, due to the acquisition of work in the Glenrothes/Markinch and Leven areas.
SUPPORT PRACT Full-time: 39hrs per week / part time hours available Salary: £14,748 per annum pro rata
Participation in Sleepovers, Lone Working, Shift Patterns, and Personal Care will be involved in these posts.
We are currently recruiting Support Practitioners for services in the above areas, supporting individuals in their own home promoting independent living skills. This involves directly assisting with activities such as general housekeeping, personal care, social and recreational activities as well as helping individuals to develop meaningful relationships and links within their local communities.
Experience of working with people who have learning or physical disabilities, mental health difficulties, autism, or behaviour deemed as challenging would be desirable, however full Induction training will be provided. It is essential that you have the ability to relate to others, and demonstrate a commitment to the people we support.
A full driving licence with access to transport will be essential for the above posts.
