in November 2007 Fife Partnership launched a new drive to promote Equality and Diversity in Fife.

The next event on the calendar is a Film Festival on 17^th and 18^th February at the Adam Smith Theatre in Kirkcaldy.

This event, timed to coincide with LGBT History Month, aims to raise awareness of equality issues.

Each film will focus on at least one of the equality strands.

A flyer with details of the screenings is attached.

2 events have been arranged to accompany the screenings:

• Sun 17 Feb at 2pm – Launch event – a series of short talks to launch the event and introduce the first film.
• Mon 18 Feb at 5pm – Enable Scotland – introductory talk and DVD followed by an exhibition after the event.
