The Fife Rights Forum Quality Standards Scheme is a self assessment improvement tool for use by services involved in advice, rights and information work in Fife.

Services and staff should not think of the quality standards as an audit process.  The primary aim of the standards is to help services improve.

The information in this section of the website offers advice and support for agencies and assessors involved in the quality standards process or who are interested in applying for the FRF Quality Standard Mark.
