What training and support will be provided?

In the first instance all those involved will be invited to a training session, including familiarisation with the Quality Standards Application Tracking system.

The role of the assessor is primarily to verify the organisation’s self-assessment. Throughout the process, however, the organisation can contact their peer assessors for encouragement and support, who in turn can consult the Fife Rights Forum Co-ordinator or the External Verifier for guidance. Expert advice in a particular field can be accessed through the Fife Rights Forum, if required.

Towards the end of the process a meeting will be convened to give the opportunity to share experiences and good practice.
